After reaching an agreement on the product surface finish and pricing, we will issue a proforma invoice for your confirmation. Once we receive your advance deposit, we produce pre-production samples (PPS) for your final approval. Upon your approval, mass production starts, which takes 25-35 days. After passing the final QC inspection, you arrange the balance payment, and the goods will be shipped to the destination port. We can work with your shipping forwarder or handle logistics clearance on your behalf.

We require a 30% deposit in advance via T/T, with the remaining 70% balance settled when the goods are ready for dispatch. Payments for smaller amounts can be made via PayPal. Please confirm all terms clearly before processing payment.

For small orders, we dispatch goods via international express carriers such as FedEx, DHL, TNT, or UPS, taking approximately 3-7 business days. Larger bulk shipments are sent via ocean freight, taking around 1 month. Urgent large orders can also be delivered via air cargo, though shipping rates will be higher.

Samples without custom branding or logos are provided free of charge, with shipping freight collected. If you require custom samples featuring your specific logo and artwork, a setup fee covering tooling and ink costs will apply, and freight will be billed to your account.

For custom manufacturing orders, the standard MOQ is 10,000 pieces. However, for goods that are currently in stock, smaller order sizes starting at 5,000 pieces are acceptable.

We offer extensive OEM/ODM support, welcoming private designs and custom-built packaging structures. We can assist customers during the development stage with full drawing creation. Processing options include frosting, pearly effects, metallic coatings, UV shielding, hot stamping, silkscreen printing, electroplating, and paint spraying.
