1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a professional manufacturer established in 2005, with over 14 years of manufacturing experience in high-end cosmetic packaging.
2. Can you provide free samples?
Yes, our standard samples are free for quantities under 10pcs, provided that you cover the shipping costs.
3. What is your standard lead time?
Our standard lead time is approximately 30 to 45 days after the deposit is received and samples are officially approved.
4. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
The MOQ is 5,000 pcs for acrylic jars and bottles in custom/normal colors. For deodorant sticks, loose powder cases, soft tubes, PP jars, PP bottles, and small jars, the MOQ is 10,000 pcs.
5. What are your payment terms?
We require a 40% T/T deposit, with the remaining balance to be cleared prior to shipment.
6. What customization and surface finishes do you offer?
We offer customized logo printing (such as silk screen printing, hot stamping, and laser printing) and various surface finishes including matte frosting, spray painting, UV coating, and electroplating.
