We are happy to provide samples, but if you do not require custom designs or additional graphics, there is no charge. Stock samples ship within 3 days. Simply let us know your freight collect account, such as FedEx, DHL, or TNT. If you do not have an account, you will be responsible for the corresponding courier charges.
High quality bottle output is ensured through multiple layers of rigorous quality control processes. After annealing, employees observe for inconsistencies, defects, and inclusions. The glass bottles are then machine inspected and finally undergo a secondary physical inspection. The machine is also initially calibrated to ensure that bottle volume and dimensional tolerances are within acceptable standards. If you have specific inspection criteria in mind, we can develop a custom process to suit your standards. In addition, customers are welcome to visit and inspect our facility before or during the production of their bottles. This can be coordinated through your sales manager.

We can provide screen printing, hot stamping, frost, electroplated, label printing etc. As to printing color: Color can be made according to PANTONE color number.
Custom Design: We will create a custom mold/logo/packaging. We will need to fully communicate your specific needs (design, shape, capacity, quantity). Price: We will provide a rough estimate of the mold and the unit price of the product. Design Confirmation: We will provide design drawings for your review and confirmation. Sample: We will produce samples for your inspection and feedback. Order Confirmation: We will sign a sales contract after the samples are confirmed. Deposit: We will pay a 50% deposit before mass production. Production Arrangement: We will proceed with production. Balance: We will pay after inspection, and the balance before shipment. Shipping: We will deliver the goods to the destination port. Confirm the bill of lading/commercial invoice/packing list/certificate of origin.
We offer a 1:1 replacement for defective bottles. We will maintain after-sales service even after the order is completed. During the formal order period, we will usually provide you with some products as spare parts free of charge. If any damaged or defective products are found, we will refund them or ship them to you in your next order. Note: All claims must be made within 5 business days of receipt.
