Can I get my logo on the bottle? What’s the process?
Absolutely! We offer One-Stop Customization. You provide the AI/PDF file, and we can do:
• Silk Screen Printing
• Hot Stamping
• Labeling
• Customized Color Coating
We will send you a digital mock-up for approval before mass production.
Essential oils are expensive. Are your bottles 100% leak-proof?
We understand your concern. All our bottles (Droppers/Sprayers/Roll-ons) undergo 3 rounds of quality inspection:
1. Vacuum leak test
2. Cap torque test
3. Manual visual inspection
We ensure your precious oils are safe and secure.
Do you offer free samples?
Yes! We provide Free Stock Samples (1-3 pcs) for quality checks. You only need to cover the express shipping cost. If you need a custom sample with your logo, there will be a small sampling fee which is refundable on your bulk order.
Glass is fragile. How do you guarantee they won’t break during shipping?
Don't worry! We have over 10 years of export experience. We use:
• Divided grid cartons
• Shrink-wrapped pallets
• Reinforced outer boxes
If any breakage occurs (rate > 1%), we provide free replacements in your next order!
What is the lead time for a bulk order?
• In-stock items: 3 - 7 days.
• Customized orders: 15 - 25 days (depending on the complexity of the process). We always prioritize your deadlines to ensure your product launch stays on schedule.
