Do you have stock paper boxes available?
No, we do not keep stock boxes. All of our packaging boxes are customized based on customer requirements, including custom sizes, materials, printing designs, and surface finishes.
How can I obtain an accurate price quote?
To receive a precise price estimate, please provide details such as target dimensions (width x depth x height), reference photos or artwork files, paper grammage, required surface treatments, quantity, and whether the box will be packed manually or automatically by machine.
What is your sample policy and turnaround time?
Our stock samples are free of charge. Custom sample prototyping costs approximately 200 USD per design. Prototyping takes about 7 days, and standard bulk order delivery ranges between 7 to 15 days depending on the volume.
Which paper materials and surface treatments do you offer?
We supply high-quality White Card Paper, Kraft Paper, and various corrugated configurations. Available surface treatments include glossy/matte film lamination, varnishing, Spot UV, hot foil stamping, and embossing.
What payment terms do you support?
Our standard payment terms require a 30% T/T deposit in advance, with the remaining 70% balance paid prior to shipment. Detailed terms can be discussed during order placement.
