A: We are the 100% Manufactory specialized in printing & packaging over 20 years with 10,000 square meters workshop area. There are excellent teams composed of 150 professionals and more than 400 skilled workers in our factory.
Q2: How Can I Visit Your Factory?
A: We are located with very convenient transportation access, only minutes to the nearest metro station. Sincerely welcome to visit our factory! We also provide pick up and hotel booking services for your convenience.
Q3: Can I Get Samples before Mass Production? Is The Sample Charge Refundable?
A: We are honored to offer you samples. Samples in storage will be provided for free, with only shipping cost paid by your side. Dummy samples and Finished Product Samples are welcomed, and the sample charge can be refunded based on order values.
Q4: How Many Days Will Samples Be Finished? How About The Mass Production?
A: Generally, a digital sample or dummy sample takes 1-3 days, while a finished product sample needs 3-7 working days. The lead time for mass production is based on your order quantity, finishing, etc., but usually 7-15 days is sufficient.
Q5: Can We Have Our Logo or Brand Information on Your Products or Package?
A: Sure. Your Logo can be displayed on the products by Printing, spot/embossed UV, gold/silver foil, hot stamping, or Stickers, etc.
Q6: What are your standard packing options for safety?
A: We pack using standard cartons wrapped in protective film and secured with belts for air shipment, or cartons placed on plastic pallets for land and ocean shipment to ensure safe transport.
